Today's Bodyweight Workout



Here's what I'll be doing today in addition to about 6 walk-runs with the dog. He's up to about a block and half for a jog. But I think he likes sprints in the park better.

This is done as a circuit for 3 rounds, with 1 minute rest at the end of each round, and as little rest as possible between exercises.

If you are at home and can't do pullups, do stickups or dumbbell rear delt raises or db rows instead.

Cross Crawl (20)
Sumo Squat (15)
Spiderman pushup (6)
Side Step (6)
Waiters Bow (10)
Spiderman Lunge (10)
1-Leg RDL (10)
Pullup (5)
Bird Dog (5)
