Today's workout was okay. It is definitely time to switch up the program...I have been on the same bench workout for 3 weeks and progress has stalled. I used the same weight as last week (275) and was not able to do any more repetitions. I might do a low-intensity bench workout next week and then switch the grip for the next 3 week training phase.
1A) Bench Press (4x3)
1B) Y & T Raises (3x15)
2A) DB Incline Press (3x10)
2B) DB Rear-Delt Raises (3x15)
And that was it. A quick workout today.
No matter what your goal, it is important to change your training routine every 3-4 weeks.
