Every friday or Saturday I do a fun workout. Stuff that I just plain like to do.
Today:
1A) Incline Bench Press
1B) Chin-ups
2A) Reverse Curls (3x8)
2B) Triceps Pressdowns to forehead (3x8) --- these are modified pressdowns that look like you are doing standing "skullcrushers"
3) Standing Staggered-stance 1-Arm DB Curls (4x6-8)
Half mile run with the pup, and that was it,
