Squatting & Posterior Chain



For the next 3 weeks I'm really trying to get more Posterior Chain work done (hamstrings, low back, glutes)...so they will be trained directly twice per week (before it was just once directly and once indirectly)

Today's Workout:

1A) Narrow-stance Squat (3x8)
1B) Jackknife Plank (3x90seconds) --- see photo ---

2A) RDL + Shrug (3x12)
2B) Side Plank-Side Crunch Combo (3x15)

3A) Glute Ham Raise on ball (3x15)
3B) Cable Chop (3x15)
