Cable Chop
- Stand sideways at a cable column.
- Grasp the handle attached to the highest pulley setting with arms extended.
- Keep your abs braced.
- Without bending at the elbows, twist and flex the trunk and bring the shoulder to the opposite foot in a “wood-chop” motion.

You can do this just holding a single dumbbell in both hands. It's not quite the same,but the motion can be done. Go slowly.
