Mile: Part 5



Today I ran more intervals.

First I did some bodyweight squats, lunges, waiters bows, spiderman lunges to warmup the hips and leg muscles.

Then...
  • 3 intervals
  • 3 minutes per interval
  • 10mph
  • 90 seconds between intervals
That's it.

Lifting tomorrow.
