Official Old Man Warm-up

Just finished an upper body workout, and of course, I did my Old Man Warm-Up prior to training.

Here's the official link to my old-man warmup and suggested off-day activities to be done between

The old man warm-up is great for days you can't get to the gym, or days when you're too beat up for
a full workout but need to get some activity.

Have a cup of caffeine (Green tea or coffee), put on your favorite tunes, and move through the warm-
up. It will do your body good.
