Bodyweight Exercises on the Beach

I did some very unique bodyweight training on the beach today, including "The Kong". Perfect exercise
for the beach.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
Never quit. If you stumble, get back up. What happened yesterday no longer matters. Today's another
day, so get back on track on move closer to your dreams and goals. You can do it.

Today's Tip:
Consistency is key. Track your efforts and focus on what works. Look long-term, not next week. Get
social support to help you make it through the dip. I can't emphasize how important it is to connect with
and communicate with like-minded individuals. This has lead me to achieving one of my biggest dreams
this week.
