Not a bad workout, although workout 2 of phase 1 of the program I got from Jay Ferruggia (www.MuscleGainingSecrets.com) was the best this week. I'm eating enough and gaining muscle...up a few pounds already this week.
One of todays exercises was close-grip bench press, and it went well, I did 3x5 at 235 even though my arms were tired from some other exercises in the program.
To do this exercise, make sure you tuck your elbows into your sides to get maximum triceps effort, and focus on pushing yourself away from the bar.
