Rainy Day Home Gym Meathead Workout

The day started a little wet. But that gave me, I mean Bally, an idea for a great article.

But after that the day has turned amazing...it's warm and humid, like the final day of school in late June, and has been a pleasure to sit outside and do my morning readings.

I also hit a sweat home gym upper body meathead workout of this:

- Pushups
- Band pull

1A) Pullup - 5x7
1B) KB Snatch - 4x8

2A) Pullup - 5x6
2B) KB Overhead Press (3x5)

3A) Powerblock Floor Press - 4x12
3B) PB CSR - 4x15

4A) PB High Pull - 4x10
4B) TRX Curl - 4x10

Great times.

Now for a couple of days off, and then a big deadlift workout on the weekend in Toronto...if I can find a gym that let's me bang some weights.

BTW, the Home Gym set-up on the "farm" includes:
- Kettlebells from 15lbs to 70lbs (next up, a Beast/88lbs)
- Powerblocks to 125
- TRX (also have Jungle Gym XT & Elite Fitness Blast Straps)
- Adjustable bench (full incline and decline)
- bands
- Stability Ball
- Power Wheel
- Slam ball (20 lbs) and Med Balls (8-15lbs)
- Yoga Mat
- Dog <= My personal trainer
- rusty ol' adjustable dumbbells purchased in 2000
- and most important Room for a Bar, Squat Stands, & plates for deadlifting and squatting...coming soon
