Whatever is in your way

Whatever is in your way, you're stronger than it, you're tougher than it, and you're better than it. You're going to beat it.

You can't have a physical transformation without a mental transformation…the same habits that drive success in fitness work for making all areas of your life better…time management, discipline, goal setting, social support, etc. It's never a bad time to start a physical transformation, to set goals, or to hang around positive people.

Today's workout - hang clean, squat jumps, sumo deadlift, ball leg curls, lunges, side planks. Big Christmas party later today which Bally the Dog is sure to ruin...not like the dog in Christmas Story, but about 50% of that level.

Today's Training Resource:
Walking someone through interval training if they are new to it

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
The most successful people I know are persistent. They refuse to give up. They look at a failure in a positive light because of the lessons learned that can then be applied to future success.

When I first got into fitness I spent all my time reading about exercise. It wasn't until I started reading about overall self-improvement that I really begin to experience results. It is so much more about the mind than it is the muscle. You're so right, Craig, it is about discipline, goal setting, social support, and if I might add, strategy.
