13th TT Transformation Contest Starts Today

My #MeatheadMonday workout was: Pulldowns, Face Pulls, Cable Lateral Raises, DB Rows, Shrugs, DB Triceps.

My right shoulder just wasn't interested in overhead presses today, therefore I did a modified workout. I will squat tomorrow, rest on Wednesday, and shoulder should be good for bench presses on Thursday or Friday.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
