Started a new 4-week program today and legs felt fresh. Everything is going according to plan today.
Today's workout: Box jumps, Squats, Lunges, glute-ham raises.
Now a dog walk and then over to Dr. Michael Sommers for some ART. And then it's pretty much holiday time.

Everything you do takes you closer to OR farther away from your goals. Think about that before each and every decision you make.
Remember this over the holiday season: If you fall "off the wagon", cut your losses, don't worry about it, and get right back on track. Immediately. It's minor damage that can be dealt with.

Those glute hams are tough. Not many gyms have them. The only places I have seen them are at CrossFit, where they do ab exercises on them, and sports performance gyms.
