Another 6am workout at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami. Today's workout included split squats, rdl's, some other stuff and ended with this bodyweight finisher madness of the 20-10 bodyweight squats.

Last night had dinner at their sushi restaurant, Vida. Really good. Try their Vida roll. I can't remember what's in it, but it was good. So was the tuna and Japanese snapper sashimi. The salmon sashimi was a little disappointing.

Everyone has an excuse that is stopping them from taking action. You must find it and destroy it.
If you are discouraged, let me encourage. If you continue to show up, take action, and follow proven success steps, things will get better and they will get easier. The path will come with dips and obstacles, but if you accept that, you'll be mentally prepared to deal with them. If you focus on your long-term vision, you'll have the passion to overcome them and continue working.
