Just putting the finishing touches on the TT 2k12 program for January. It features what I call, M-MRT (Muscle Metabolic Resistance Training) which switches today's training mindset of "movements not muscles" back to "movements and muscles" for intense muscular contraction goodness.
My legs haven't felt like this in years...workouts coming soon...

Also, just started re-reading Jim Wendler's 5-3-1 for Powerlifting. Every time i read his books i want to train even more. Awesome book series. Treat yourself.
