Wednesday's Bench Workout Routine...
was interrupted by an emergency client request...
So I only had time to do the first exercise, but tomorrow's workout plans to be a special one, so it might have been a good idea to take it easy.
1A) 3-board Bench (worked up to 310x4 which is okay)
1B) y's and T's and rear delt raises (3x10-15)
That unfortunately, was it.
