Back to the incline bench press for one last round before I switch up the training program...
So it went like this:
1) Incline Bench (worked up to 250x1)
2) Barbell Row (3 sets of 8)
3A) DB Triceps Extension (2x12-15)
3B) DB rear delt raise (2x10)
4) 1 set of chins to failure
Straight sets because I was training with my buddy, a pro strength coach. So we were talking a lot about training techniques, the importance of getting each athlete individual workouts instead of just providing a generic manual for the team, etc.
