Upper Body Workout Routine
I don't like training when the gym is busy, so I went at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. And of course, they gym was never busier. Strange, who besides me would be working out on a friday, at3, in the summer?
Regardless, I had a great upper body workout.
1A) Board Press (Worked up to 5RM)
1B) Y's & T's
2A) Pullups (3x8)
2B) Standing 1-Arm Cable Chest Press (3x12)
3A) DB Incline Curls (3x8)
3B) Triceps PRessdowns (3x12)
4A) DB 1-Arm Preacher Curl (2x12)
4B) Dips (1x15)
What can I say, arm traininig is fun!
