Monday's Workout
Bench day...
1A) Wide-grip Bench (worked up to a 2RM)
1B) Y's, T's, And Rear-Delts (3x15)
[T-Raise is pictured - works the rhomboids, the muscles between the shoulder blades...a great exercise to add to your warm-up]
2A) Pushups (3xMax)
2B) Barbell Row (3x15)
That's all their was time for...
After that, I followed up with a 1 hour session of Qi-Gong. I'm really starting to get the hang of it, you'd be surprised how difficult is to simply stand in spot and focus on your breathing...
