and front squats. A bunch of ab endurance work as well (plank variations). Later this morning I'm off
to my chiropractor for Active Release treatment. That involves a 30 minute bike ride across the city.
So lots of lower body work today.
Tomorrow though, is bench press day. My bench is climbing up the fastest of my three lifts, and I do
an extensive shoulder warmup before each workout. Check out the video here
