Clash of the Super Villains

Good squat workout today. Will probably do bodyweight exercises outside tomorrow. I'll be trying out the new TT Fantastic 400, a bodyweight program created by John Romaniello and myself.

We have two really cool workouts coming for you next week, including a new "TT Clash of the Super Villains" program. It's going to have awesome artwork and the goofiest storyline ever for a TT workout, even better than Braigz CallEntyne.

Hi Craig, speaking of bodyweight-only programmes, I'd like to know which of your programmes are bodyweight-only. I'm interested in purchasing them!
