Canada Day Workout

Good times. An upper body workout to kick-off Canada Day. Now to do a long walk over to the
beaches area of Toronto. Yes, we have beaches. On a lake. Big enough for several thousand people.
And great fireworks too. Not a lot of fireworks in my program today though, because it is an intro
workout week.

Here's something great for you though, an awesome bodyweight program and 6 tough questions on
life for you to think about this weekend

Today's Health Tip
Men's Health (August 2011) reports on a Japanese study that found lower hip bone mass in men who
kept a cell phone clipped to their belt. Seriously, you think this thing isn't affecting your boys? I used
to carry a phone in my pocket for about an hour a day. No more. After all, the only reason I carried it
was to write down workout ideas...so back to pen and paper for me.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip
If you want to conquer fear, don't sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy. - Dale
Carnegie....There's never been a better weekend for this.

Today's Independence Tip:
Focus on providing value and the business will come. Your income is directly proportional to the
number of people you help. Help more. Think big…how can you help the world?
