Deadlift and Abs

Today's deadlift workout included an ab exercise called, "Stir-the-Pot". It's been featured in a Men's
Health magazine before, and is attributed to ab and low back expert, Dr. Stuart McGill.

One of my favorite advanced mountain climber versions is the "Hands on the Floor, Feet on the Ball
