300 Yard Sprint Workout

Haha! Old Ballythedog just got to chase 2 deers. One of the good things about having a farm. He gave it his all for about 300 yards, but there was no way he was catching that deer.

I'm just about to go join him for an outside workout, doing a bodyweight session from my upcoming Fantastic 400 program, plus some kettlebell presses.

Always making progress.

Understand we will never reach perfection, but we need to celebrate our journey as we improve from point A to point B. Make each day and workout better than your last. Measure, aim for, and celebrate progress, not perfection. And of course, never, ever, EVER give up.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip
We create our own realities. For example, one person thinks healthy eating is simple while another thinks it is impossible. Why is this so? Because that is what each has chosen to believe. Choose your thoughts, beliefs, and expectations wisely.

And today's Internet Independence tip:
Get one important thing done early in the day before you get sucked into putting out fires. Get up earlier if you need to...and remember..."Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment." - Jim Rohn

I'm up at 5am and don't check my email until 9am. Sometime I workout before 9am, but most days I get a lot done before most people show up to work.

That explains a lot,
