Today's Outside Workout included Jungle Gym XT pushups, rows, rear-delts, triceps, and biceps, plus KB 1-arm overhead press, and some Power Wheel handwalks and pikes.
I would have kept on going but I don't need the muscle soreness, plus I'd clearly hit a point of diminishing returns.

And today's Independence Tip (for next week):
Create a work area that allows focused concentration and productivity.
Make sure that you are set up to minimize distractions and maximize output so that you don't end up staying 30 minutes late because you goofed off indiscriminately surfing the web or with co-workers talking about sports, Jersey Shore, etc.
Remember...time you lose to unproductive activities is stolen from your family, friends, and hobbies.
