High rep upper body workout

Meathead upper body workout in a condo gym. I did max pushups (3 sets), seated rows (6 sets), db presses (4 sets of 20), pulldowns (4 sets). That was fun. Much different than my normal workouts. I max out at 51 pushups.

People get paid well for mastering high-value competencies. We don't get rewarded well for being average or worse. We don't get rewarded for taking…only for over-delivering value on our promises.
