Cement Leg Workout

My legs are feeling like cement right now. Good times. This was a high-volume workout for me. Not for a hard-core bodybuilder, but it was for me.

Today's Training for me:
Jumps - 3x5
Squats - 2 moderate sets and 1 set to near failure of 12 reps
Lunges - 4x10
Glute-Ham Raise - 4x6
Cable Chops - 3x10
