Still not a normal workout schedule this week, and it's unlikely that I'll be back 'under the bar' until Saturday morning, so I'm going to continue my experimentation.
Slept a good 8 hours last night and today I'll be hitting a total body workout, going through the www.247FatLoss.com Phase 1, Workout C (this one demands more "mental preparation"). Do the things you find hardest.
