WORKOUT update. Did an amazing meathead workout today. Bench press, neutral grip pullup, db flat press, db row, face pull, db curls, db incline triceps extension.
RANDOM update: I am going to finish watching "From Russia With Love" later today. I'm watching all Bond movies in chronological order. This is 2/22. It's a classic.

Here's the answer.
My #1 diet tip is to not have junk food in the house.
If it's not there, you won't eat it. This is more important than the kind of protein you take, what you eat after a workout, or how many superfoods you blend into a super-mega-power shake each day.
Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
Never quit. If you stumble, get back up. What happened yesterday no longer matters. Today's another day, so get back on track to move closer to your dreams and goals. You can do it.
