At Home Workout and the American Dream

Here's a great rainy day exercise idea for the next time you are stuck inside but want to do intervals (without going to the gym). 1) Goblet Squat - 20 reps 2) Close-Stance Goblet Squat - 20 reps 3) Ab Wheel or Power Wheel Rollout or TRX Ab exercise. The close stance goblet squat works quads more. Do 5 rounds after a big warmup.

That's what I did today after a big dog walk in the rain.

Nice.

I actually don't even bother with the gym anymore, I prefer the focused atmosphere of the home and a bench with weights doesn't cost much these days!
