It was like the Twilight Zone in the gym today. Everyone there seemed to be doing the same workout as me. And there were only 5 other guys in the gym. But we all had the same idea - overhead press and pullups. Really strange.
Today's workout: Overhead Press, Pullups, Dips, Rows, TRX triceps. Then got soaked in the rain on walk back to hotel.
Started a 2-week road trip yesterday. First stop, grocery store. Picked up Vitamin C, fish oil, water, apples, broccoli, peanut butter, almonds.

Tough question for you and you don't have to answer here, but think about this: "Is the life you're living worth what you're giving up to have it?". Ask yourself this often. Make sure you are doing what you do for the right reasons.
Find an excuse to laugh every chance you get, especially when you least feel like it. Kekich Credo #90
