Saturday Morning Workout

Okay workout this morning. Unfortunately the aerobics room was booked for aerobics (I didn't know people actually still did that stuff), so I had to skip the jumps at the start of the workout...

1A) Squat
1B) Chinups

2) BB Split Squat

3A) Back Extension
3B) Plank on Ball

4) 1-Leg Stability Ball Leg Curl
