hey all.. i've tried sport to lose my fats but i found exercise is not enough!! yea it is my own experience .. i found that i have to decrease amounts of food i eat .. here is an article about 10 Simple Tips To Rapid WeightLoss

I have just started to use this Acai Berry Juice actually, and already see some changes ( well at least I think) as somehow my body seems to work like ''better'' , If I will be able to lose 20pounds with this till summer that would be yes I did take a look at your Poha and Sabudana Wada. Two great all-time favourites aren't they? AWESOME!
