Craig,

Going to be taking a week off before kicking into a 4 day split with kettle bells in my routine! Looking to put some weight back on.

Male, 21 years old, 5'4, 121 pounds, ~6% body fat, fairly active lifestyle, pesco-vegetarian.

Any recommendations for a daily caloric intake for putting some meat on? I was thinking ~2,800 kcals.

Any thoughts, suggestions, ideas?
