Today's exercise was
- Four 1-minute rounds of dog wrestling followed by 12 short sprints with dog jumping on me.
Then I made my "normal-est" blender drink yet
- oatmeal
- peanut butter
- vanilla yogurt
- ice
- spinach
- blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup raspberries
Good times.
