First workout since last Thursday (although I have been very active with long, long dog walks/runs), so I slipped into the YMCA here in Stratford for a total body workout.
1a) DB Press (worked up to 100x6)
1B) Squat (worked up to 315x6)
2A) Barbell RDL
2B) Barbell Row
Did a quick one because I only had 30 minutes.
Not bad.
Might go back tomorrow,
