Missed Workout
I missed my 4th workout of the week last week.Too many things going on...So what should you do when you miss a workout? Should you double up? Should you skip it all together?Well, that might depend on the importance of the workout.For me, the 1st and 2nd workouts of the week are most important. They are the meat and potatoes of my results. The 3rd and 4th workouts are just gravy. So if I miss one of the former, I make sure to make it up (even if that means missing one of the later workouts). If I miss one of the latter workouts, it's no sweat. I just move on.
A little extra rest, no big deal,
