Friday's Workout - A Little Bit Different

A buddy invited to take me through a workout tonight. He's been in Martial Arts for years, doing Ju Jitsu, Tai Chi Boxing, and others. But what he wanted to show me was some techniques used in Systema - The Russian Martial Art.

We did some body awareness, some punching, some taking punches, and finished with some throws. It's amazing what you can do by taking advantage of the position of others.
