Leg Workout
Slipped in my high-rep leg workout this afternoon, just after a client session.
After a brief warmup, I dove into:
1A) Deadlifts (3x12)
1B) Plank (3x75)
2) Full Squat (3x12)
3A) Pistol (3x3)
3B) Weighted Back Extension on Ball (3x15) - weight held behind head.
tough workout. Tough mentally to get started, and to force myself to finish those last sets of the pistol and back extension, but great workout overall. Last week on this one next week.
