Deadlift and Intervals

Today's workout was...

1) Deadlift - worked up to 365 for 4

2A) military press - 145x3x5
2B) Good Morning - 185x2x8

3) Chinups - 16 reps

Then we hit the park for some interval training. It was 15 seconds of dog
petting folowed by 2 minutes lying down and enjoying the sunshine.

Repeated many times.
