Wow. 175,000 fans over on Facebook.

Just did a QnA over there. Here's the most popular answer I give out 25% of the time to people asking about how to lose fat.

Here's the perfect plan: You must combine diet with total body metabolic resistance training for the perfect 1-2 punch for losing belly fat. Grab these... 1) FREE meal plans: www.TurbulenceTraining.com/freemealplans and 2) And get these workouts: www.HomeWorkoutRevolution.com

Today's Saturday Morning Circuit:

- Needed 4 rounds for some moves, and 5 for others

515 Rep Paleo Workout (will explain on Monday in the TT email)

1) 50 burpees (sets of 10)
2) 100 overhead lunges (50 per side, sets of 10-15 per side)
3) 65 pushups (sets of 15-20)
4) 100 prisoner squats (sets of 25)
5) 120 bear crawls (sets of 30)
6) 80 Ab Wheel Roll outs (80 reps)

I'll be sharing more about paleo bread then, too.

IRD" today. I didn't. LOL. But totally did.
Photo: After training lunch today: couple of almond butter & blueberry sandwiches on almond paleo bread (ordered online from Julian Bakery) & an Athletic greens blender drink with spinach, blueberries, maca powder, creatine, and vanilla Paleo protein powder (from True Nutrition) ... you eat anything "WEIRD" today. I didn't. LOL. But totally did.

No paleo bread today, but I did have a shake of:
- 8oz water
- 5 ice cubes
- Pea protein
- creatine
- maca powder
- kale
- pineapple

Going to have a big lunch (salmon) and HUGE dinner tonight (grass fed rib eye steak!)

Tomorrow I'll have more paleo sandwiches.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
You have to be tough on yourself. It is not easy to succeed. Demand more of yourself.

Stay strong this weekend. Do what is right for YOU. Plan and prepare for success. Focus on what matters. Concentrate on what counts.
