- Jumping Jacks - 45 seconds + 15 second rest
- Alt Reverse Lunge to Front Kick - 2 x 30 seconds + 10 second rest
- "T" Pushups - 45 seconds + 15 seconds rest
- Squat to Punch - 45 seconds + 15 second hold in bottom position
- Rocking Plank - 45 seconds + 15 second rest
- Burpee to Punch Combo - 45 seconds
- Rest 1 minute and repeat once more.
