We arrived in Bergen, Norway last night at 11pm while the sun was setting. Spectacular entrance.
Today's Meathead workout was done in a dingy hotel basement gym with a cable stack and pull-up bar. It was fun. Followed by an after-workout beverage of what appears to be reindeer juice. Check out my Bergen, Norway photos (including the reindeer juice box) on my Facebook page here:

Going to go walk around Bergen...definitely one of the prettiest little places I've ever visited. And will hike some mountain today or tomorrow. Just finished up a big breakfast with lots of smoked salmon. Catch ya later.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
We can't ask for perfection from others or from ourselves. But we can demand better. We can expect that we should take all the gifts we've been given and make the most of them. We will have bad days. We will have days characterized by exhaustion, frustration, and obstacles.
But we will also have the opportunity to do better on these days than we have in the past. Ultimately, we have the choice to do our best in every given situation.
