The Punisher in Lithuania

This morning I woke up at 5am and sat outside my cabin at the resort here in Lithuania. After about 15 minutes of writing, a couple of students walked by, still up from the closing party we held last night. Only 2.5 hours later, they are now up for breakfast.

You have to love the energy of 23 year old kids.

Yesterday we had another bootcamp workout. This one was different, and it used a simple bathroom towel to help us all have great upper body workouts. We finished with 8 rounds of the Punisher. A lot of the kids were able to do it (even if their squats were a little shallow).

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
It is tempting for us - myself included - to remain in our comfort zones. But that is not where we grow, improve, and make the changes necessary to dramatically move ahead. So my challenge to you to do the opposite. Look at what you are doing to stay in your comfort zone and think, "What is the opposite action of my instinct? And would this opposite action be the better solution?"

"You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose. You're on your own. And you know what you know. You are the one who'll decide where to go." - Dr. Seuss

"Identify exactly what is you want. This takes a lot of thought. Then don't let anything stand in your way of getting it." - Kekich Credo #56

"This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man." – Shakespeare

PS - Success comes in spurts. You'll do all this work and feel like you're getting nothing and nowhere...nothing, nothing, nothing...and then suddenly, WHOOOOOSH. Success. It comes in spurts. Never give up.
