Yesterday's bootcamp workout here in Lithuania involved "The Punisher" and a Push-up Addiction test. It was hot, sweaty, and fun. The kids were loving it.
Later today we'll do round 2 of the TT Bodyweight Bootcamp workouts.
Here's a new training idea. Scrap the 7-day revolving program if it's not fitting your schedule. Think about it this way.
