Today's #meathead workout: ring pullups, bench, db row, db press, bw triceps extension, bb curl. Pumping it up. Good times. Now off to the chiropractor for Active Release, and then out to the country for dog walks and inspired writing.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
Write down your personal beliefs and allow those to make all decisions. If a request does not fit your belief system, it is ruled out. You don't have to think about it. Develop power of clarity. State out your main objective. If anything gets in the way of that objective, do not participate in it.
