A productive morning starts with prioritizing and preparing the night before. It's one thing to make a to-do list - that's easy - but it's another thing to be properly prepared to attack each one of those items with efficiency and energy.
No lifting for me today, but thanks to Mike Whitfield, CTT, for helping me create the new "olympic triathlon metabolic finisher" for the upcoming August 2012 TT O-Games Fat Loss program.
As usual, Mike brings the awesomeness. Going to release this one a little early to coincide with the opening of the games. Stay tuned.
