My training today: Hang clean, trap bar deadlift, front squat, glute ham raise. Dog walk x 4. It's nice and sunny here in Toronto, but snow is on the way. Best to get some good beach time in with the dog while we can.

Do your best with everything you have control over. (And work to improve the amount of control you have over all aspects of your life
control = freedom). Most people fail to control themselves, and end up only with regrets. They trade minutes of pleasure (i.e. fast food) for days, weeks, months, and years of regret. You must plan ahead to overcome obstacles, rather than trying to "out-cardio" your bad diet. You'll never succeed that way.
Failure isn't bad. Failure isn't final. You can SURVIVE almost anything and come back better and stronger than ever before. Don't let the fear of failure stop you from achieving the success you deserve.
Real regrets only come from not doing your best. All else is out of your control. You're measured by results only. Trade excuses and "trying" for results, and expect half-hearted results from half-hearted efforts. Do more than is expected of you. Life's easy when you live it the hard way
