Kickbutt Mindset Tips for the Day

Back in Toronto after a 10-day trip to Texas and Tampa, I'm going to take a recovery day and then do a squat workout on Wednesday.

The trip was fantastic. I rarely get recognized in gyms, let alone in airports, but yesterday I was recognized at both the Tampa and Toronto airports by other passengers. Cool to meet y'all.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
To get something you've never had, you have to do something you've never done.

Do not procrastinate. Take action. Just do it.

Set deadlines for your goals. Get out of your comfort zone and put some pressure on yourself. Live up to – and exceed – the highest standards you have set for yourself.
