Muscle Hangover Wisdom

Having muscle soreness is like being hungover. People say there's things you can do, but really, it's all about prevention. Cut back. What I'm saying is, don't let your biceps do a dozen tequila shots in one workout. Ease into your training (drinking). Don't try to keep up with the big boys (Australians/Polish women). Forget about impressing the ladies with your curling (chugging) ability. And always drink lots of water.

Book recommendation:
Most people will never read this book, partly because of the horrendous title, but it is THE book that could change your life if you are struggling with your mindset. I highly recommend reading, "Psycho-Cybernetics" as soon as possible.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
Just start. 5 minutes today. Whatever it is you are trying to improve, give it 5 minutes each day this week. Next week,10 minutes. You can do it. Here's an interesting site that can help you:

"The core of your life is your purpose. Everything in your life, from your diet to your career, must be aligned with your purpose if you are to act with
coherence and integrity in the world. If you know your purpose, your deepest desire, then the secret of success is to discipline your life so that you support your deepest purpose and minimize distractions and detours." - David Deida

My interview with the most successful Internet entrepreneur who has ever been part of my Mastermind groups. We cover everything on this call…how she started
